The commission asked questions about parking adjacent to McEver Road, the mural proposal (applicant said a variance would be sought), and operating hours; the applicant described the car wash hours as 6:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. and the convenience store as 5:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. The commission voted to table the item to March 17, 2025 to allow revisions to the site plan (motion: Stan Hunt; second: Frank Sosebee; vote 4-0, Varner absent).
