The court also approved the final Burns architect invoice number 3 in the amount of $10,000 for a county facility needs assessment and exercised a final one-year renewal option for RFP-1206-21 with JV Mills (corrections meals provider), allowing a 1.036% per-meal price increase effective Feb. 11, 2026.
Commissioners said these routine approvals help maintain continuity of services and compliance with funding rules; each item passed by unanimous vote and staff recorded the approved amounts and effective dates for contract management.
