Chair Christiansen requested a motion to move into closed session to discuss collective bargaining negotiations and the superintendent's evaluation. A board member moved that the board move into closed session at 6:02 p.m. pursuant to the Minnesota statute cited in the motion; another member seconded and the motion was approved by voice vote. “I'll make a motion, to move into closed session at 06:02 pursuant to Minnesota State statute 13 d dot o 3 to discuss labor negotiation strategy,” the mover said.
