The Farmington Public School District board opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and quickly moved to approve its published agenda. Chair Christiansen asked for comments and, hearing none, called for a motion; a board member moved and another seconded and the agenda was approved by voice vote.
The board then addressed the consent agenda—routine business items bundled into a single motion. Chair Christiansen said any member could request an item be pulled for separate action; no such requests were made. A motion to approve the consent agenda carried by voice vote. “Motion by Storley, 2nd by Gorman. All in favor, say aye,” the chair said as members answered in the affirmative.
