Several PLOST right-of-way acquisitions for Fairview Road phases were also listed, citing OCGA eminent domain provisions.
After a procedural clarification confirming that three Fairview Road parcels are all Phase 3, the board moved to approve the consent agenda; the chair called the vote and stated, "Motion carries."
