Director Jonathan Penn read four awards: Matchpoint Tennis (doing business as Crystal Line LLC) for $123,600 to remodel courts and add pickleball lines; Pinpoint Fence LLC for $360,000 for ballfield fencing and netting; HEC Construction Solutions for $436,015 for ballfield renovations; and Jeff Sullivan Concrete Services for $386,550 for concrete improvements and ADA work. Together those four contract amounts total $1,306,165. Staff said work will include ADA compliance, new dugouts, laser grading of fields and circulation improvements; funding sources include SPLOST 6 and city impact‑fee funds where noted. The board voted to approve all four resolutions.
