Council approves multiple appointments and routine appropriations, most unanimously

Chair Osoley noted that Proposal 123 to reappoint Greg West carried on the record after the committee vote and was approved 25-0; Councilor Brown publicly thanked Mr. West for supporting a data-center moratorium.
