A representative for Vitality Unlimited said the organization now has an in-person therapist able to see clients ages 8 and up after a period without on-site services. "We now have an in person therapist... she can see ages 8 and up," the speaker said, and credited partners (including MIND) for their role in making the hire possible.
The board acknowledged the addition as a welcome step to restore local behavioral-health access. Vitality Unlimited did not provide appointment-volume figures at the meeting but said it would continue coordinating with county partners to ensure services reach people in need.
