VISD honors three long‑serving leaders as they retire

The presenter also honored Tammy Nobles, cited as retiring after 35 years of service and 30 years with VISD, most recently serving as executive director of human resources, and thanked her for leadership in student services and HR. The third honoree, identified as Tammy Shostak (assistant superintendent of academics) with 33 years of service, was noted to be on an Alaskan cruise and was thanked for institutional knowledge and impact.
Trustees and staff invited honorees forward for photos and expressed appreciation for long service to the district.
