Executive director Ashley presented the budget in the board packet and told commissioners, “our proposed operating revenue for fiscal year 26 is $6,583,199 and our expenditures do equal this.” The board opened a public hearing; no members of the public testified and the hearing was closed before deliberations.
A commissioner moved to approve Resolution 25-014, a second was recorded, and the board adopted the annual appropriations resolution by unanimous roll call. The resolution directs the executive director (or designee) to submit the resolution and budget to the City of Eagle and other entitled entities. The agency’s next steps include routine implementation and providing copies of the approved budget to required recipients.
