City planner urges McIntosh County to align zoning with Georgia Planning Act and comprehensive plan

"I do suggest that you refer to [the Coastal Regional Commission and the comprehensive plan] before you do any zoning," Rader said, urging a structured planning approach that would reduce conflict and better reflect community goals.
