Local resident Kenny Wagner addressed the joint meeting during the public-comment portion and urged officials to make the plan accessible and to consider equitable pricing.
"If you could take the data and some of the statistics and put them over here where you could find them and just put some of the key points," Wagner told the panel, arguing that a 150‑page document will overwhelm the public. He also recommended keeping the pricing fair across townships so that more complex areas do not become prohibitively expensive to study.
Wagner’s remarks were taken as practical input rather than policy direction. Commissioners thanked him and said staff would consider distilling the plan's key points for public outreach; the board also reiterated its request that staff return with estimated costs and a proposed schedule.
