Richardson said the district currently has "no anticipated debt other than paying for the trucks that you approved for us to purchase in June" and reported the trucks should arrive toward the end of September.
Richardson described the financing timeline as tight, noting Department of Taxation approval arrived by email on her phone "one minute before our meeting started" and recommended lenders allow more than a 30-day window when working with small entities. Commissioners accepted the district's report and approved it unanimously.
