Commissioner Bart Wilks moved to amend the prior approval to $16,905; Commissioner Todd Brannon seconded and the motion passed 3-0. The minutes record the updated total; the purchase remains funded from ARPA allocations the commission previously designated for arena-support equipment.
The commission did not award a vendor contract at the meeting beyond approving the amended amount; staff will proceed with procurement consistent with county purchasing rules.
