Vernon County Commission approves minutes, signs payroll and sets next meetings

The Commission approved minutes from August 13, 14, 20, 21 and 27 (motions recorded for each date with Commissioners Cindy Thompson and Everett L. Wolfe noted as mover/second on the entries; minutes indicate all voted yes). The Commission also approved employee time sheets and signed paychecks.
Commissioners discussed C.A.R.T. funds that were allocated to each township for 2024 and set the next Elected Officials/Department Heads meeting for Wednesday, October 16 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting was ordered adjourned at 2:56 p.m.; standard attestation lines for the Clerk of Commission and the Presiding Commissioner were included in the minutes.
