Township planner/engineer review identified two design waivers (space dimensions and total stall count) and listed general comments (sign location, fence setbacks and ADA grades). The applicant agreed to revise the plan to reflect previously approved conditions and to provide the planner/engineer with the updated exhibit for a compliance review. There were no public commenters on this application and the board voted to approve the amended site plan conditioned on submission of the revised drawings and technical responses.
