The motion carried by a 3‑0 vote with Commissioner Jeff Hatcher recorded as abstaining. The resolution includes a finding that other property owners are not deprived of reasonable means of ingress and egress, and the Commission received a copy of the proposed resolution prior to the vote.
The action is a legislative decision by the Commission to remove Jeanette Road from the county road system; the resolution does not change any private access or easement rights beyond the Commission’s finding on public road status.
