The City of Eagle Design Review Board approved a two-tenant commercial office building (DR 2025-48) located in the Ashbury Commercial Subdivision. Applicant Walt Lindgren of Lingard Labrie Architecture described the proposed building as roughly 5,100 square feet with 19 parking stalls, a shared conference room and boulder retaining wall to address site grade. Lindgren said the architecture uses gabled forms, a mix of stone and stucco with vertical siding at gable ends, and a combination of composition shingle and standing-seam metal roofing details.
Planning staff highlighted that building materials, colors and the landscape plan were deferred to the board and must be approved by the managing entity before a zoning certificate is issued. After brief discussion among board members about design criteria and materials, a board member moved to approve the application with standard site-specific conditions and the motion carried by voice vote.
The board did not list additional waivers for the project; the approval includes the staff-recommended site-specific conditions to be addressed prior to permitting.
