Presenters also noted that 100% of EOC areas showed growth in meets and masters levels this year.
Officials reminded trustees that third- through eighth-grade science scores and rescored writing results were still pending and that TEA had indicated some files could arrive on July 31. They described next steps as finalizing the remaining files and sharing an updated report once the state-delivered files are included.
Trustees praised staff and highlighted the need to keep momentum through summer academies and targeted instruction before the next school year.
