Applicant Timothy Thomas said he expects typical gatherings to be "between a 100 and a 120" on larger events, with a comfort level closer to 70. Supervisors asked about parking, neighbor outreach and noise; Thomas said he had spoken with neighbors and planned to use pasture space for parking and adhere to the county noise ordinance.
