911 director updates court on mapping, text‑to‑911 testing and Master Street addressing

Casey said the county is continuing to prepare data for Census Bureau interactions and is cleaning up address and parcel data to ensure accurate 911 provisioning; she said the mapping work will be a resource for future districting conversations.
