Public works recommends, commissioners approve 45 mph speed limit on Woodrow Road

"I'm recommending that we go to a 45 miles per hour in that area," Taylor said, adding he had a concurrence letter from the City of Lubbock traffic department.
Commissioner Dolby moved to approve the installation of 45 mph signs, Commissioner Corley seconded, and the court approved the motion unanimously. The court directed Miss Pinion to include the change in the motion record and thanked Taylor for coordinating with city traffic staff.
