Commissioners approve 'earned time off' policy; resident raises sick‑time concern

Ensley said special circumstances arising from handbook changes will be addressed case‑by‑case and the commissioners advised Parrish to speak with HR Deputy Tera Stephenson.
Tom Helmer moved to approve the change; Rick Woodall seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The minutes do not include the full handbook language; HR will handle individual exceptions and implementation details.
