Recorder says Equity Protect watch program will cost homeowners, not county

Commissioner David Berry moved to approve the recorder contract for Equity Protect; Helmer seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The program will be available to homeowners who choose to enroll at their own expense; no county funds were committed at the meeting.
