Commissioners approve PTO carryover, accept Dec. 31 financials and send support letter to Idaho Fish and Game

Commissioner Vern Eames moved to approve the PTO carryover requests as submitted and Commissioner Ronald Buhler seconded; the motion carried. The board also accepted the Financial Statement as of Dec. 31, 2025 after a motion by Commissioner Eames and second from Commissioner Buhler. In separate action Commissioner Eames moved to send a letter of support to Mike Peterson at Idaho Fish and Game; the motion carried. The board then approved the minutes of the Jan. 12, 2026 meeting.
The minutes record no broadband business and no committee reports on this day. The minutes show the meeting adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
