Following a closed session under Minnesota statute, the board read a public statement clearing Coordinator Parker of the allegations that had prompted the review. "Following careful review of the documentation and materials presented following and or after an extensive investigation, the Board of Commissioners found no evidence to support allegations against coordinator Parker," a commissioner read for the record. "We, as a board, support coordinator Parker in his role as coordinator HR director."
The statement followed a closed session motion and a recorded vote to enter executive session. Commissioners returned to open session, announced the conclusion and read the outcome aloud for the public record. No disciplinary action was reported in the public portion of the meeting and the board indicated its support for the coordinator.
