The commission adopted a resolution authorizing use of up to $44,040.67 in American Rescue Plan Act Local and Tribal Consistency Funds (LATCF) to purchase two Ford F-150 extended-cab 4x4 pickups from the county highway department.
Commissioner John Forbus moved to approve the chair signing the LATCF resolution to use Local Tribal funds to purchase two F150 Extended cab 4x4 pickup trucks; Commissioner Bertha K. McElrath seconded and the vote was unanimous. The resolution states the purchase will serve a governmental purpose for the Maintenance department and the Landfill and conditions the expenditure on continued availability of LATCF funds.
The minutes identify the authorized amount and require the county administrator to execute procurement consistent with applicable state and federal rules for LATCF funds.
