The resolution states the purchase will serve a governmental purpose for the Maintenance department and the Landfill and conditions the expenditure on continued availability of LATCF funds.
The minutes identify the authorized amount and require the county administrator to execute procurement consistent with applicable state and federal rules for LATCF funds.
