The commission received a brief finance update on Feb. 24, 2026 but Administrator Frank Basler said the county office had been without power or internet during a blizzard and he could not provide a full, detailed finance report at the meeting.
Supporting attachments and the Dec. 9, 2025 minutes list outstanding invoices totaling $18,055.24 (TRC consulting invoices and other charges) and a Plymouth County administrative invoice of $6,343.00 for FY25. Reimbursements for website/domain and insurance purchases appear as $667.90 in the materials. The ledger shows a Nov. 30, 2025 statement balance of $78,625.14. The commission had previously approved a set of invoices at its Dec. 9 meeting; Basler said current storm conditions delayed further invoice processing.
