At its Feb. 24, 2026 Zoom meeting the Central Plymouth County Water District Commission reappointed D. Howard Randall as chair and introduced Matthew Dyer as the new commissioner. The meeting opened at 12:03 p.m. after a roll call confirmed a quorum.
Administrator Frank Basler announced that the Advisory Board Committee had unanimously elected Matthew Dyer on Feb. 5, 2026, and Commissioner Dyer made a nomination to reappoint Commissioner Randall as chair. Administrator Basler called the roll for the reappointment: Commissioner Dyer — yes; Commissioner Randall — yes. "Motion passes unanimously and Chair Randall is reappointed," the minutes state. The same roll call procedure approved the minutes of Dec. 9, 2025 during the meeting.
The reappointment and introductions set the commission roster for 2026 and were recorded in the official minutes. The commission indicated plans to continue regular monthly or near-monthly meetings and to circulate the updated roster and committee assignments to stakeholders.
