Plymouth County presents $850,000 ARPA check to Brockton for City Hall renovations

County officials cast the presentation as part of ongoing ARPA-funded support for municipal infrastructure. The ARPA item was one of several grant and disbursement votes on the Jan. 27 agenda; the board approved a second administrative ARPA payment that same night.
