County approves budget transfers and accepts small aging services grant
Summary

The board also approved Resolution 2025-32 to transfer appropriations from general fund contingency to cover higher-than-anticipated expenditures in departments including the treasurer and facilities. Separately, the board accepted a $15,004.94 grant from the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Aging and Disability Services Division to support representative-payee services that help clients manage Social Security and other benefit payments; staff said the program typically serves 10–15 people at a time.
