Pennsylvania St.) each detailed their ID‑checking procedures and hours; the board approved both after applicants confirmed training and inspection plans. Shake Shack’s downtown/US‑31 outlet described counter ordering with managers responsible for ID checks and received approval for beer and wine sales with final inspection to come. Ol' Red (231 & 235 S. Meridian St.), a national restaurant/entertainment concept, was also approved for a future opening with inspections scheduled before activation.
