Counsel said the venue adopted a formal corrective action plan, installed ID scanners, increased and retrained security, added a dedicated bar supervisor, and met with IMPD.
Security representatives described a multi‑screen camera monitoring setup, exit‑flow changes and a plan to patrol smoking areas and egress points regularly. Owners said the venue had also increased staff oversight on busy nights and would provide documentation of the new security contract and IDs.
Board members praised the corrective steps but warned owners that the panel would not tolerate further violations. The board voted to grant a one‑year renewal and urged the licensee to consider adding a dedicated manager or outside operations support.
