The board also appointed members to the Tioga County Solid Waste Advisory Committee—Louis Rachiele (Wellsboro Borough); Julie Sticklin (Delmar Township); Florence Prough (Leete & Prough, PLLC); Matt Slater (Dairy Farmers of America); Isaac VanLoon (Real Disposal Services); and Leigh Twoey (NTSWA)—and appointed Todd Webster as Associate Farmer Director on the Tioga County Soil Conservation District board. All motions were recorded as unanimous.
