At its April 14 meeting the Tioga County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution R-6-26 appointing Sean Sember as the county’s Section 504 Officer for grantees that administer Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or HOME funds and employ more than 15 people.
The resolution tasks the officer with compiling and maintaining a self-evaluation of grantee facilities and activities, developing and publicly adopting a grievance procedure incorporating due process standards, and acting on discrimination complaints.
