Tioga County adopts Fair Housing resolution, directs outreach and complaint process

The resolution instructs the county to publicize the officer’s contact information and the complaint process, conduct at least one fair housing activity annually, and use the fair housing logo on housing-program materials such as advertisements, applications and contracts. The resolution was signed by Commissioner Shane Nickerson, Commissioner Sam VanLoon and Commissioner Marc Rice and approved at the regularly scheduled meeting on April 14, 2026.
