Commissioners approve pipeline and utility crossing permits on county roads

The Martin County Commissioners’ Court approved permits for several pipeline and midstream companies to bore and case crossings on county roads during its Jan. 27, 2026 meeting. Commissioner Brian Snellgrove moved to approve all permits listed and Commissioner Auggie Ramos seconded; the court recorded a 3-0 vote in favor.
Approved permits named in the minutes include Enterprise Midland Basin Pipeline LLC for crossings on CR 3100–C and CR 2201–C (two entries), ET Gathering & Processing on CR D-4900, and ETC North Permian Midstream LLC for CR C-2500, CR C-3101 and CR C-2600. The minutes state all crossings are to be “bored and cased” and that copies of permit documentation are on file in the county clerk’s office.
