- Denied a rezoning request for a proposed natural gas processing facility at 4212 Roy Parks Road — vote 4-0.
- Denied a variance to sidewalk standards for a 22-lot subdivision at 5444 Oak Manor Way — vote 4-0.
- Tabled the 3219 Lake Drive Vacation Cottage rezoning, special-use and several variance requests to March 3, 2025 and denied one yard-variance (Section 4.1) — motions recorded 4-0 where taken.
- Approved applicant request to withdraw the Candler Road rezoning application — vote 4-0.
- Tabled the 5709 McEver Road commercial rezoning and special-use requests to Feb. 17, 2025 at the applicant’s request — vote 4-0.
