Authority approves Dec. 8 minutes and Commissioner introduces new ex‑officio member

Commissioner Harold Collins introduced Tommy White as a new ex‑officio member. Collins said Mr. White is from Suches and owns Budget Propane in Suches as well. Chairman Rick Davenport asked participants to share priorities; Collins emphasized care for existing businesses and modest, manageable tourism growth.
The board also recorded several procedural votes — motions to enter and exit executive session, and the meeting adjournment motion — all carried without recorded opposition. County Clerk Jennifer Mahan was directed to follow up on an outstanding signed agreement letter referenced during the airport park update.
The meeting adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
