Shawna Harkins seconded the motion; the board voted "all in favor" and the motion carried.
Other formal actions that evening included unanimous approval of the Dec. 8, 2025 minutes (motion by Rhonda Mahan; second, Ivan Walker) and the recorded votes to enter and exit executive session. The meeting adjourned at 5:28 p.m. after the final motions.
