The committee also designated official newspapers for 2026 publication of local laws and notices pursuant to Section 214(2) of county law: Daily News (Batavia), Country Courier (Warsaw), Perry Herald (Perry), and Arcade Herald (Arcade). The minutes record caucus publication designations by Republican and Democratic members as well. Motions carried with unanimous recorded ayes where votes were listed.
