Butler‑Cohen presented construction and completion items: the court approved a Section 179D tax deduction upon completion and operation of the marquee sign, and approved substantial completion for the site, the elevated water tank, and the arena marquee sign contingent on agreed marquee language. The court approved Premium No‑Dollar Limit Weather‑tightness Limited Warranty letters and authorized a final pay application in the amount of $364,825.24. An item discussing a Centennial fireworks show for July 11, 2026 was discussed but received no action.
