Armstrong County ratifies budget amendments and approves claims, including $1,765.75 well bill

During regular business on Oct. 15, the Armstrong County Commissioners approved payment of county claims and ratified budget amendments. County Judge Adam Ensey moved to pay the Crowell Water Well bill for $1,765.75; Commissioner Smith seconded and the motion carried with five ayes.
Commissioner Smith also moved to approve all claims against the county; Commissioner Neely seconded and the motion carried with four ayes. The court approved over-budget items and ratified budget amendments listed as Exhibits 1–3 (Judge Ensey moved; Commissioner Smith seconded; carried with five ayes). Supplemental budget amendments recorded in the meeting supplement moved $700 for FCH agent travel and allocated $380.09 from SB22 funds for ammunition; approval to purchase 25 USB drives and a bulletin board for the election department also passed.
