New Jersey. "One of the biggest reasons why we want to clear that up... is TLO versus New Jersey," Parker said, noting the MOU clarifies whether officers act as school officials for education‑related goals and how searches are handled. The court moved to approve both MOUs and voted unanimously in favor.
The approvals were recorded as a single motion covering both Forsan and Kahoma agreements.
