County approves $155,000/year solicitor services contract and engages Children & Youth solicitor at $100/hour

Separately, the Board approved an Independent Contractor Agreement with Jamie L. Cook, Esq., to provide Children & Youth solicitor services at a rate of $100 per hour with no benefits. Both actions were approved by unanimous vote with motions recorded by Sam VanLoon and Marc Rice.
