Committee member moves to use existing MOU for ambulance grant; court approves

A committee member moved to permit use of the current MOU for the grant application; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Chair (speaker 2) explained how the county budgets EMS service contributions: "our contract says 2/3rd, 0.333 based on the financing of the EMS service... you always pay at the end of the fiscal year whatever the cost was for the service." Staff said the application will be completed online and the county will upload the agreement and list the fire department address as the contact address. The court recorded no opposition and the motion passed.
