Elk County commissioners certify City/School primary results

Chairman Doug Hendricks called the Elk County Board of Commissioners’ special meeting to order at 10:06 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2025, to canvass the results of the 2025 City/School Primary. Commissioners Perry Russell (District I), Doug Hendricks (District II) and Jake Liebau (District III) and Deputy Clerk Stefni Hebb were present.
During the canvass the board recorded that there were no provisional ballots for the commission to validate. Commissioners verified the top four candidates who will appear on the City/School General election ballot and signed the permanent abstract book to make the results official. The canvass was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
The meeting minutes show the formal attestation lines signed by Deputy Clerk Stefni J. Hebb and the three commissioners. No motions or contested challenges were recorded in the minutes.
