The Board asked County Counselor Todd Luckman to draft a letter asking the property owner to appear at a meeting to discuss the use and outstanding documentation. Kate also submitted photos related to a Neighborhood Revitalization applicant who has not completed remodeling within the required time frame, and staff will follow up as needed.
