Commission approves landfill fee waivers, delegates, employee dinner and certifies warrants

County Coordinator Kris Marple submitted landfill fee waiver requests from the City of Fredonia for a residential demolition at 311 Tyler Street and from the City of Buffalo for a commercial demolition at 313 Main Street; commissioners approved the waivers as presented.
Commissioners also appointed Commissioner Jerry Scott as the county delegate to the 2025 KAC Annual Convention, with Commissioner Andrew Miller and Coordinator Kris Marple as alternates. The commission approved holding an employee Christmas dinner on Dec. 17 from 12:00–1:00 p.m. (Courthouse, Health Department and Road & Bridge Dept. to be closed during the lunch hour) and certified warrants in the amount of $263,668.92 and payroll of $127,587.66. The meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. and reconvened was set for Dec. 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
