Council awarded Shared Plan incentive funds, to focus on substance‑use prevention and infant vitality

Greg Parker reported the FCFC received Shared Plan Incentive Funding of approximately $16,000 to address priorities identified in the Shared Plan. Parker said the committee will focus on substance-use prevention programming, infant vitality initiatives, trauma-informed care, strengthening family and youth voice, and targeted services for multi-system youth.
Council members discussed using the funds to address gaps identified during the Shared Plan review and to support community partners in program development. Staff will present recommendations on specific uses of the incentive funds to the council in subsequent meetings.
